Physical Therapist (PT)

A well-established healthcare organization is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join its rehabilitation team in Benton, Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine functional limitations and therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy programs designed to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve strength
• Deliver treatment using clinically appropriate techniques and therapeutic modalities
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies, injury prevention, and long-term health maintenance
• Monitor patient progress, updating care plans and goals as needed
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with regulatory standards
• Recommend and assist with fitting prosthetic or orthotic devices when appropriate
• Provide guidance and oversight to physical therapist assistants, therapy aides, and students

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arkansas (or eligibility to obtain)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to remain calm and effective while working in a potentially stressful clinical setting
