Concrete Foreman/Forewoman

We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Foreman to join our cleints' team. The Concrete Foreman will lead and assist in various tasks related to concrete work on construction sites. This is a both a hands on and supervisory role!

Duties:
- Assist and oversee tasks of the crew such as preparation of concrete mix, pouring, spreading, finishing and other daily tasks
- Set up basic layouts as required and establish grading
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Ensure the team is following safety guidelines and protocols at all times

- Manage the crew daily to ensure operations are meting projects goals

Requirements:
- Prior experience working with concrete in a construction environment is required (5 years)
- Demonstrated ability to read schematics and blueprints
- Familiarity with construction management software is a plus
- Thorough knowledge of quality control processes in concrete construction
- Solid technical skills in the field with on all concrete flatwork tools, such as bullnose float, power trowel and rake.
- Strong supervisory skills to oversee laborers on-site (supervisory experience required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
