Position Overview: A highly regarded law firm in Plainville, MA seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney licensed in Massachusetts to join its creditors’ rights and foreclosure litigation team. This hybrid role offers flexibility for both remote and in-office work.\n\nKey Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of litigation related to residential foreclosure, real estate and creditor rights; review case files and titles; draft pleadings and motions; conduct legal research and discovery; represent clients in court, mediations and hearings; develop litigation strategies; communicate with clients; and handle a high-volume caseload.\n\nQualifications: JD from an accredited law school; active Massachusetts Bar membership (RI or NH preferred); 3‑5 years of civil litigation or trial experience (ideally real estate or creditor rights); strong knowledge of foreclosure procedures; excellent written/oral advocacy and organizational skills.\n\nPreferred Skills: Experience with FDCPA, RESPA and TILA claims; multi-state bar admission; knowledge of creditor rights and commercial real estate litigation.\n\nWhy Join?: Enjoy a hybrid work model, join a respected legal team focused on client results, and live in Plainville with easy access to Boston and Providence plus local recreation.
