Job description

An established healthcare organization is seeking a Cardiovascular Technologist to join its Cardiovascular Lab on a full-time day shift. In this role, you will perform and assist with cardiac and vascular imaging procedures, including complex interventional radiographic procedures, while utilizing advanced cardiovascular imaging equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cardiac and vascular radiographic examinations.
  • Assist with interventional cardiovascular procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab.
  • Operate sophisticated cardiovascular imaging and radiographic equipment safely and effectively.
  • Prepare patients for procedures while ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide outstanding patient care.

Requirements

  • Associate degree.
  • Current Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) certification or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ARRT Registered Technologist - Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography (CV).
  • Experience with special procedures in a cardiovascular or interventional setting.

Compensation and Details

  • Salary: $97,364 - $151,132.
  • $15,000 sign-on bonus.
  • Relocation assistance is not available.
  • No visa sponsorship available.
