A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to provide leadership across ICU, CSU, and Dialysis services.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations for ICU, CSU, and Dialysis units, ensuring effective patient care delivery
- Foster a collaborative and patient-focused environment that emphasizes safety and service excellence
- Oversee staffing plans, scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain efficiency and quality standards
- Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure adherence to established quality measures and performance benchmarks
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of nursing staff to build a high-performing team
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to support staff growth and accountability
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including CMS and Joint Commission requirements
- Address patient and employee concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to organizational initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
- 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in an acute care setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
