ICU, CSU & Dialysis Nursing Manager

A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to provide leadership across ICU, CSU, and Dialysis services.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations for ICU, CSU, and Dialysis units, ensuring effective patient care delivery
  • Foster a collaborative and patient-focused environment that emphasizes safety and service excellence
  • Oversee staffing plans, scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain efficiency and quality standards
  • Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure adherence to established quality measures and performance benchmarks
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of nursing staff to build a high-performing team
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to support staff growth and accountability
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including CMS and Joint Commission requirements
  • Address patient and employee concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to organizational initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
  • 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in an acute care setting
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
